Hi, I'm Sanjay Vora! I'm a seasoned executive, fund manager, and passive investor, as well as the co-founder of Avestor.
I know that raising capital can feel overwhelming, especially when it comes to navigating complex areas such as legal, regulatory, compliance, deal structuring and administration. Trust me, I’ve been there too.
Over the years, I've helped advise and launch private offerings for over 200 companies, providing guidance on business strategy, legal compliance, offering administration, accounting, and tax. I also manage Avestor's Ariel Fund, where we’ve invested in hundreds of deals, building a deep expertise in due diligence and underwriting.
Before diving into the investment world, I spent 20+ years in the tech industry, including my role as Vice President at Intel, where I led product and strategic planning for its $40 billion PC business. That background gave me a solid foundation in disciplined decision-making and strategic execution, which I now bring to the world of private equity.

Hi, I’m Umang Mistry! I’m a seasoned hospitality professional and investor dedicated to helping accredited investors achieve hotel ownership and maximize their returns.
As the Chief Investment Officer at Wealth Hospitality Group, I’ve been fortunate to lead the acquisition and development of multiple hotels across the U.S., leveraging decades of experience to guide investors through the unique opportunities in the hospitality sector.
My journey in the industry began at just 13 years old, operating family-owned hotels and learning the business from the ground up. I went on to hold leadership roles at some of the most respected brands in the industry, including Choice Hotels International, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, and Sonesta Hotels International, where I helped over 100 franchisees reposition their assets to generate higher ROI and successful exits.
More recently, as the Founder and CEO of Honest Capital Group, I’ve raised over $20 million in the last two years for hospitality investments. My work at Wealth Hospitality Group allows me to combine my passion for real estate, strategy, and long-term investor success while creating transformative opportunities in hotel ownership.
